SPEC WEB99 retired as of October 11, 2005

As of October 11, 2005, SPEC has obsoleted SPECweb99. While this benchmark will continue to be supported through the end of 2005, SPEC encourages users to transition to SPECweb2005, if they have not done so already. SPECweb99 results are no longer being reviewed or published by SPEC.
